Problem with Software-update and camera, microphone, fingerprint, ...

Got my mobile yesterday by post and installed everything by now. But the mobile keeps reminding me to install the new Software update, nevertheless I have done it already a few times. Moreover I can't activate microphone, camera and more for certain apps in the settings. .... and there is no fingerprintsensor to be found in the security settings.

Do you have the USA version?

repair the phone with XC, if that doesn't work, stop by the store or your Local support
