Xperia z3 compact-I can't use letter "b" and "h" from my keyboard , also and drop down menu

Hi,
I have some problem with my xperia z3 compact. I can't use letter "b" and "h" from my keyboard . I use Xperia keyboard. Also i can't use drop down menu. The two problem appear when phone is vertical oriented. I reset phone whit fatctory settings. Also i reinstalled software via "pc companion" but the problems isn't resolved. Can you help me?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen if you encounter any issues, you will have to contact your Local support
