Hi,
I'm having trouble with my Z5C, as the ringer goes even when the phone is in vibrate and in "do not disturb"-mode. When I then either accept or reject the call, the phone is back in "normal mode". Messages act normally, vibrating/being silent when it should, and not chainging the selected mode.
Now I have to set the phone to airplane mode to make sure it does disturb when in meetings.
Anyone with any tips on how to fix this?

Well, the hard reset worked, until I had reinstalled all my software again.
The culprit was my call blocker-app, as soon as this was installed again, the fault came back. So now I have to find a new blocker, but at least the phones works as it should again. The hard reset anyway was a good thing, as it freshens up the phone and makes it feel a lot faster and "new" again.
Funny thing, I just discovered the phone wouldnt boot into safe mode. When I tried via the power option menu, the phone cycles once and then boots into normal mode, and when I try to force it with the volume down button it just gives me four red flashes when it should have come up with safe mode.
Guess I'll try a full reset then.

@StormFury does this happen with all saved contacts & unsaved phone numbers or just certain ones......i'm thinking about the Priority setting here
Well, the hard reset fixed the problem as far as I can see.
I did occur for any number, so it was not the priority settings. These settings would in any case not change the mode back to normal after accepting or rejecting the call.
That's great news....i only wondered if it was with certain numbers as i realise that Priority only allows certain listed contacts to ring/message etc no matter what setting you have enabled thus other numbers not listed in Priority would still be managed by whatever setting you have enabled...but glad it's sorted :smileysmileywink:
