Rough Date For Stamina Re-Launch?

The Subject Line says it all. There's too much user confusion and obfuscation (by Sony!) on this subject.

I'd like a simple answer to two simple questions:

1. Will Sony make Stamina available again for Xperia Z3/Compact?

2. Will it be days, weeks, or months if it happens?

Keep in mind that this is a user based forum, some Xperias got Stamina mode back so it's likely that other Xperias will get it back, as for timing you will have to wait for official announcements either at the official blog or here (if it's posted by a Sony moderator)
