phone not ringing.

Got me baffled this one.phone is set to ring volume set to high.Rings for the first few calls then stops ringing and just flashes led light until I restart phone. Then above scenarios occurred again.This has happened with the 3 different firmwares I have flashed.Nordic 690 UK 726 3UK 726 PC companion doesn't help.Never happened on KitKat and a factory reset doesn't help either

the problem dissapeared after restart so is not an app blocking

Most times my phone will stop ringing. it causes missed calls a lot. 

it works until I restart the phone. 

Please what can I do?

I have the same problem, but when I go to play store by the link it says file not found, can you pls tell what app it is.

This is the solution that worked for me.

I have Z2.

I chose the ringtone using the sound picker.

I used to do that with Sony Music or File Commander, until, it stopped accepting ringtones from them.

I remember back then that I tried with Sound Picker but I didn't notice the + button in the top right which allows to pick music files from your folders.

Now I used it and apparently it worked.
