Phone don't want to unlock after two taps.

I turn up option, that when i tap twice, screen will unlock, but it doesnt work.

Phone is new (2 weeks), so i think, it should work.

What could I do to fix it.?

I wasn't aware that the Z2 had Double tap to wake up. 

does your phone has a protective case, film or glass?

Yes, z2 have this option. My classmate have this same telephone and in his phone it work normal.

Yes, i have glass to protect orginal screen glass.
Do you think this is problem.?

you can remove the glass and test it
