Xperia Z2 vibration wont work

I have a Brand New Z2, the vibration función is no working( Just one time). I carry out the diagnóstic test and all related to vibration fail. I updated to 6.01. I install a vibration and acelerometer aplicatión and work ok. But the vibration function of my Z2 did not work. Thanks in avance. Miguel Betancourt

Can you please try your phone in safe mode and see if the same thing happens? Try to run the same diagnostics test while in safe mode.

Also check if stamina mode is on or not... With restrictive marshmallow, now vibration doesn't work when stamina is on

@ClarkLong is right. Stamina mode does disable vibration functionality on your handset in order to save power.

I did all the things by switching mobile on safe mode and disable the battery saver still Vibration not working
