It could be a faulty SIM card or SD card, remove both SIM and SD cards and see if you experience the same issue

If you do, boot in >>> safe mode and see if you experience the same issue

if you do

repair the phone with XC and report  back

Thanks guys. The first option worked for me. I just removed the sim card and sd card for 15 minutes and again inserted. Now mobile is working normal.
