My Xperia z3+ keeps freezing and restarting

So I got my phone 4 months ago and for 3 months this issue is happening. My phone just randomly freezes and red light blinks 3 times and it just restarts. It does this same thing from 2 to 4 times in a week. 1 week ago I tooked my phone to warranty where i bought it and they said that they have reinstalled software. But after 4 days when i got it back same problem happens again. So what should i do next? Should i take it back to seller and ask to try fixing the phone again or there is no sollution to this software bug?

Hi @Muxis,

Welcome to the community,

I am sorry to hear about these issues.

These issues could be caused by a number of different factors, the first thing I would suggest would be replacing your SIM card and then removing the SD card(if you have one) from the device for a few days to see if the issue continues.

Let us know how you get on.

I will try repairing phone through xperia companion because I tried removing sd card and sim card but it didn't help. I will see if the issue continues after repairing.

@Muxis

Did the phone worked after repairing it with XC without the SIM and SD cards?

Yes it worked, but the issue still remains. He just at random moments restarts 1 time a day.

@Muxis

then it could be a faulty SIM or SD card.

It can't be..... Because i changed my sim 1 month ago to a new 4G one and still before the phone was restarting. And i am not using sd card. So just no... I am frustrated by this and i will try to go to warranty then because there is no sollution and get phone replaced with new one. Its not my problem that i bought new phone and it is broken.

@Muxis

just because it's a month old SIM card it doesn't mean that it wont be faulty
