where to find repair for sony phone

Who knows where to find repair shop for sony phone that know what they are doing?

Sony doesnt even provide support for their phone after warranty is over in Canada, even customer is willing to pay for it.  

Wondering what business is it running on.   I guess they dont do much phone business now.

Is your handset from Canada or from another region? The only reason I can think why they won't send it as an out of warranty repair is if it is from overseas.

I called the support 2 times, being told the same thing.  Sony doesnt do warranty on the phone if it is out of warranty, even I want to pay for it.  However I found out other counntry sony shop would do it.   But im in Canada now...

If the device is not from Canada, they dont even do repair in the first year either, all they can do is basic software.

I have looked into your account and I can see that they have informed you that the reason they cannot arrange the repair is because the device is from a different region. It is not due to the warranty period on this device expiring. 

Devices from other countries may have different parts that may not be available in the country you are attempting to repair it in. The Xperia Z3+ dual was never released in Canada and as such, they simply do not have access to the resources necessary to fix your phone.

It has nothing to do with region or not, they simply dont take the unit after warranty, that's what im told on the phone.

The notes on your account say otherwise. Regardless, the reason they cannot repair this device is because it is not from Canada.

They assume too many things, because you or whoever put notes on my account simply use that "region" to judge the situation.

Anyway either way there is no repair from Sony Canada.   Still need a repair shop in Canada, or i go to other country for repair.

I recommend you contact the Local support team for the country the handset is originally from for this repair.

I already did, they will repair it.  For a fee of course, that's ok too. 

Actually I made phone call to 2 countries, and they suggest me to contact other side.  Then I come to the online support chat, maybe thats when they put notes on my account regarding this issue. 

As right now, maybe i call USA to see if they fix it, it is alot closer.  

Btw, back to the original question, if you know any shop would repair sony phone, let me know.
