Low sound from speaker Z3 Dual D6633

Very low sound in my Z3 Dual , i don't know if the problem is hard or soft i have Android 6.0.1.

PS : the sound is also low in comunication (Earphone).

how can i test if the problem is in hardware or software.

sound perception is subjective, the only way you can test this is to find another z3 dual and compare both audio. i suggest to go to your local service center Local support

Have you noticed a significant change to the max volume in the phone since you first started using it compared to now?

Is there any change to the volume if you for example use the Music application in your phone or if compare with a different headset?

As @nolramlb wrote it's hard to say if the volume is too low or not. I would recommend if you have the possibility to visit a retailer that holds your specific phone model so you can compare the volume with another Xperia Z3 Dual.

there is no difference between the first time and now.

yes there is a change in the volume when I use music application .

the volume is not bad when i use music application.

If you have the possibility to compare your device to another Z3 Dual that would be ideal, I understand if this might not be possible for you. I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion if you haven't already done that to rule out that the software is the cause of your low volume.

I have no information where you can buy a new speaker. If you suspect there is something wrong with your device and you want to send it to service I recommend that you to contact your Local support and they will be able to assist you with getting the device sent in to one of our authorized service centers and give you further information regarding warranty, service time and similar questions since this vary between markets.

Please keep me updated if you visited a retailer and compared the volume or how the software repair went!

I have test my phone with another Z3 dual similar and there is a difference .

i will try to repaire my phone with the software and i will tell you the result.

I always recommend that you repair your phone at a authorized service center.

I repair my phone with xperia software but it's the same problem i think the problem is hardware .

can you tell me please where is where can i get an authorized service center (Sony) in Tunisia.
