Low sound from speaker Z3 Dual D6633

Very low sound in my Z3 Dual , i don't know if the problem is hard or soft i have Android 6.0.1.

PS : the sound is also low in comunication (Earphone).

how can i test if the problem is in hardware or software.

Hi, I'm using Sony xperia z3. Been using this phone 2 years and 1 month. My phone have a problem. Can someone help me? Incoming call not loud as before I bought. Volume just like decreasing. I can't hear my ringtones.

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Is it lower sound in general or just the ring tone that isn't as loud as before? Or can't you hear the ring tone at all?

If you can't hear the ring tone at all, make sure that do not disturb is enabled in your phone by simply pressing the volume up button and raising the volume that way.

You can also see if you can increase the ring tone in Settings > Sound & notification > Ring tone.

I would recommend that you try the inbuilt tests for both the loud speaker and ear speaker in your phone which you can find in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test, do the test both in normal mode and while the phone is rebooted in safe mode and see if you experience any difference in the volume.
