Hello again.
What I did is redo the backup, as last time as I said it got stuck and had to cancel it. Once the backup is done, it surprisingly did not only recover the previous storage memory (was 2.8 Gb) but up to 3.6 Gb. So problem solved. I just wonder how the heck there were data in the order of Gb that came and go...
Thanks everyone for your prompt help!!

Try to clear phone cache:
Go to Settings -> Storage -> Wait for the page to load and calculate -> Tap on "Cached data" -> Confirm deletion
Thanks for your help but I tried to restart on safe mode but actually the same, when I restarted in normal mode the same too. Really strange, is it like when you do a backup via computer and you have to cancel because is stuck it is actually using gigabytes from the phone memory?
Where did those 2 gb fo?
