i can't save numbers from messaging

hi, when i go into messagin and click on a message and check though the options ,i get no option to "add to contacts" ,to save the number from the message to my contacts list.any help?

open the messaging app > open the conversation > tap on the top right menu corner (3 vertical dots) > Add contact

delete messages

add subject

select message template 

conversation wallpaper

Add to contacts

Conversation wallpaper 

is the message from a real person or a promo from the carrier network?
