Ghost Touch Xperia zr

I am user of Xperia zr for the past 3 days my screen is not properly responding. My phone is not damaged by any way. Suddenly automatically screen is being touched. Upper part of the screen is being touched automatically.

Earlier I have but for now I removed the case. What should I suppose to do now. I searched on Google I think digitiser is not functioning. What do you think??

You have 2 options

either get it inspected and repaired by your Local support 

or

you could assume that the issue is the digitizer and you could replace the LCD + Digitizer and see if that solves the issue.
