Hmm.. So does it mean that you can discharge the battery to limit and recharge it full all the time.?
Does the battery calibration used for lithium polymer batteries in laptops work for Xperia xz battery where you have to allow the battery to do discharge until it shut down works with it..?

As far as I know, it is not recommended to fully discharge these batteries too often as there is the risk of them not charging completely again.
You can charge it anytime, just don't let it discharge completely too often.
