as always thanx XDA forum
Rooting "might" void your warranty. I'm not responsible if anything happen to your phone (nothing should go wrong,, if something do go wrong, just repeat the whole process).
Solved! Go to Solution.
Edit to the above - I'm trying to downgrade/revert an Xperia Z handset.
i also can't see the images from the step by step flashing and i need them to downgrade my SP to 4.1
Some images can not be loaded ...
Note: I believe everything I write here is accurate. Please fact check me if anything is not right.
If you have upgraded to 4.3 and are not happy, you can downgrade using FlashTool. If you are running stock Sony ROM and wish to downgrade to an earlier Sony ROM, you can. You do NOT have to unlock your bootloader.
Simply follow the instructions (all over XDA) and choose the earlier ROM to flash. They have the 10.3 series of ROMs for all flavors of Xperia.
You will need to factory reset your phone so backup your data. But you will go back to where you were. Easy to do, fast, and should not void your warranty! (fact check, please?)
Good luck!
Already on site petenj with full instructions so moved by me to the right place
I open flashtool and the advaned tab is greyed out... how i suppose do a back up ?
