High frequency EQ sounds flat

I noticed for quite some time that high frequency(= graphic equalizer treble range) sounds as if it's flat level tops.

Why is it so and can it be fixed?

This issue depends on two reasons :
1st:software issue . At this situation you can try software repair by sony combination.
2nd: hardware issue :in this case you can take your device to the nearest sony service you have at your city
