I RESOLVED!
I had turned on "Ok Google" and configured it listen "From any screen". Looks like Google try then listen all the time and blocks FM Radio output to headphones and also to speakers Winking_Face

Oh man I wish I would have simply searched this blog before "solving" this problem on my own on Monday, over the course of three hours.

I am guessing that Track ID momentarily overrides the Ok Google microphone monitoring function.  Other apps that play audio like Walkman and Poweramp don't have this conflict, though.

What do I do now? I have "Ok Google" installed on my phone which is very useful. However do I keep it and also make the radio work fine when the screen is turned on.

Sorry for my English. I had to use Google Translate.

This issue has been discussed here.

I have the same problem on Sony Xperia Z3 Android 4.4.4.

In Topic found a "solution", or rather, the cause of this problem. Would appeal to developers and to hear their answer to this question. Will somehow solve this issue?

I tried to start in safe mode. The problem remained.
