customized-capability.xml is information about what kind of multimedia codecs, picture sizes, audio formats the device supports/prefers, Deleting this will only reappear on next boot up
default- capability.xml is what it say Default, This will also reappear if deleted at boot up
The lost.dir folder is a system folder. It's a place where the Android OS places files that are recovered during a system boot up, again this will also reappear on boot up
