I am using original charger for my Xperia z5 premium dual however it still not getting charged. The charger is only a month old. Even not getting any support from service center

So did you try a different charger and/or USB cable on your Z5P and confirmed that your original ones are not working?
I have the same problem and I tried to use other chargers but nothing, the original does not go either.
