Phone change ringtone by itself

My phone are switching ringtones to unknown ringtone when phone is turned off.

I'm sorry to hear this.

Does this happen every time you restart your device? What is the name of the ringtone it changes to, is it always the same?

I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

Ringtone is unknown and it happens every time. I will try to start in safe mode an see what happens.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

I have repaird the software but it did not help but i noted that the unknown ringtone is named 511.

If you are using a SD card with your device I recommend that you temporarily remove it from your device to see if this is causing this behavior.

If there is no change can you try to reset your device again then start it without restoring any backup or adding a Google account to the device.
