Can't see contacts from my Google account in the Contacts application

I just bought a sencond hand xperia z5 & it's working well, but the pain is I can't find my Google contacts in the contacts app. Please help

Can you go to settings, accounts, Google and make sure contact sync option is on.

Then go in contacts, and in top left menu "select groups/ accounts" and choose Google
