(C6603) Xperia Z automatically reboots after 5 Min. (rebootloop)

i turn on my xperia z (c6603) and after 5 min. the phone turns off and restarts.

this happens the whole day / night.

what is the problem ?? (firmware 10.7.A.0.228)

(i dont want a factory reset)

Remove your SIM card and use the device in airplane mode. Check if the same occurs.

removed SD Card an SIM Card.

i put the card in again, and now its working fine.

It might happen again. A faulty SIM can cause restarts.

I had my phone flashed and since then it has been rebooting intermittently especially when my data is on, please help me
