Xperia Account

Upon setting up my XZ1 for the first time, I created an Xperia Account using my Google one. But now, when I am trying to connect to the forum, selecting the "Xperia Account" option (with my Google account info), it won't let me,saying that I entered the wrong password or username/email. Do you know why is this happening?

click on forgotten password.

check the spam folder, also, you might want to contact Sony directly >>> Local support

I have checked, but nothing arrived. Probably I will indeed contact Sony directly.
