Does anybody know how to disable throttling stuff on my xperia xz while gaming? Without root.? It has snapdragon820 but cpu very low to run any game. I wish i knew this problem before buy it. 😔
No. Im Just doing normal thing. already done fresh flashing 4times, whenever playig some games PUBG,shadow lagend, 4-5 min games shutter/lag, because cpu got throttled 58° celcius from 1300ghz to 800. Any solsoluti?
Android 8.0 march update. All firmwre alrdy tested. What's the point sony using snapdrgn 820 if thy limit cpu to 54 °celsius? Minimum to run smoothly on gaming is 1.5ghz. But xz only got 1ghz-800. Looks like im stuck 1year with this device. 😥. Did u got probl like mine?
I had a similar problem with games. My "unpopular" solution was to format the phone through the Xperia Companion app. I had it for over a year and I did some heavy usage over that time. It was obvious that the phone was a bit sluggish, mostly on games. When I did the complete format the phone felt fresh and really snappy. Like it was when I bought it. And the gaming performance was substantially improved.
