XZ1 compact led flashes green when click on power while phone is off

Hello,

I have a question:

Can please someone check if the discribed behaviour is normal?

When I turn off the XZ1 Compact, everything is fine. When I then click the power button one time (not holding to switch the phone on, just one click) one second later the led flashes green for half a second. Is this a normal behaviour, just to show that the battery has enough power to switch the phone on? Or does it mean something different? I´m not sure, I found it out by accident.

Yeah it's normal, 

If just pressing the power button quickly whilst off, the phone will indicate power available by means of an led notification.
