I answered a call via WeChat while playing a video on the App "Bilibili". After finishing that call, my phone didn't respond to anything. I then tried to lock the screen and re-unlock it, but the screen won't turn on after being locked. The notification light is green constantly (even now).
I tried "volume up + power key" but it didn't work. Since my battery was low before all this happened, I can tell that the light is getting dimmer, but I just cannot get my phone responding to anything including pressing any button, removing sim cards and charging or connecting it to computer.
What's the problem and what should I do?
