Make sure Bluetooth is visible on both devices and if it doesn't connect then, un-pair the phones, re-pair and try connecting again.Failing that, unpair all other Bluetooth devices from both phones and try again.
I tried it all but no help.. now a new problem started the phone goes to some kinda sleep mode.. that time in the display it shows "Emergency Calls Only" instead of service providers name, and during that time I don't receive calls properly. Now I really regreat opting for a Sony instead of my trusty Nokia.....
