Xperia Mini email problem

Hi,

I hvae just bought the Xperia 10 x Mini and absolutely love it. I have one problem I would like some help on please. I have set up my non Google email account by just inputting my email address and password. All of the other setting were set up automatically. Everything works fine, except when I receive an email and read it, it disappears from the inbox! How can I prevent this from happening as I do not want to lose my emails?

Hello Ken,  just going through some of the unanswered threads.  Have you managed to sort out your issue in the meantime? 

I am wondering if it is something to do with your email provider, I had to change some of the settings online with mine... there is a page of IMAP and POP3 settings but that was to do with the message being deleted from the server, not on the phone.

If you have resolved the issue, perhaps you would like to share how you did this - its always great to have this information for any other users that have the same problem.
