why can't I come in contact with my K610i ????

My son has got a K610i that works fine  navigating around the menu ,but as soon as you go in to "contacts" the phone goes blank and after 10 seconds its starts up again. You can acces everything else no problem. I have downloaded updates/software, that didn't help.

Have you tried the "repair phone" option via PC suite or even a master reset? One of these may solve the problem.

NO. Haven't done that how do I do a master reset?

This should be under Settings--General--Master reset.Make sure you back everything up beforehand as the reset will delete everything you've added to the phone.
