Just had a new W715 for about 2 weeks replacing a broken one that I've had for a year with no problems. This phone keeps losing the photos and reverting to default wallpaper/screensaver. Seems to be happening a few times each day.
Also the reception doesn't seem to be very good - keeps going in and out and also it keeps switching to flight mode of its own accord when set up to come on in normal mode.
I never had either of these problems with the old one - does anyone have any ideas please?
