Daily Alarm doesn't work on X10 Mini

Do you have it on loud, opposed to Silent/Vibrate?

Odd for a modern phone, but might make the difference!?

Same here.  My alarm was missed too.  My X10 Mini Alarm only seems to goes off if the phone is switched on.  It will not sound if the if the phone if turned off.  I overslept this morning.  Is my handset faulty, or does it have to be left on for the alarm clock to function??????

i found out what it was...

i set up the alarm sound with an mp3 that was cointained in the SD card.

Lately i erased it, so the alarm wasent able to find the correct alarm sound.

Now it works

Does the X10 MINI have to be turned on for the daily alarm to work?

Or is my handset faulty?

I also found that my X10 mini pro does not allow the alarm clock to sound unless the phone itself is switched on.. .

I don't particularly want to sleep with my phone on as it wastes battery.

I wonder if there is any way of making the alarm clock work when the phone is off?

or if you found out if it is faulty?

I have the same problem as well. I bought the X10 mini 3 days ago and i realised that the alarm will not sound when the phone is switched off.

I used one of the alarm sounds provided by the phone itself but it didn't make any difference. Any suggestion will be very much appreciated.
