Hi @aalixe, I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with the touch screen.
When did you start having these troubles with the upper part of your touch screen? Was it after you updated your phone or installed a new application?
As suggested by @nolramlb you can contact a USB-mouse to your phone using a OTG-adapter, you will then see a mouse cursor on the display of the phone, just like on a computer and you will be able to unlock your phone. Note that you may have to restart your device when the adapter and mouse is plugged in.
When the phone is unlocked I'd recommend that you run the touch test in the service menu of the phone to see if you are able to draw at the top part of the screen. To access this test open up the phone application and type in *#*#7378423#*#* > Service tests > Touch > Free drawing test.
