T3 camera problem

my phone is 3 weeks old.I have problem with my camera ,when I open my camera it said error ,now it said not responding please help me with my problem

there is no repair my phone choice to choose. Software update,  accesories software update , recycle your phone and xperia care

Yea I did, but when you mean the repair my phone , do you actually just telling me to update?

It will check for an update, if you are up to date it will give you the option to repair.

I have same problem, My second t3 in one month. Sent it to service, they gave me new one, now after a week same problem. My software version is A.1.21 and can't update to newer version. Don't have an option. Do you know what is happening with this model? Is it faulty hardware installed on more devices and why did I get 2 broken phones?

Repair it by the same process, just read well the steps,
