How to reduce heating problem inSony xperia t2 ultra dual. Heating problem irritating me.:-(

The more you use the phone the hotter it will get, if you play games, watch movies, etc, the phone will get hot, there's no way around it.

My mobile is getting heated and there us no battery backup. Any suggestion or I have to throw it.
