Thanks - however when I search for Contact Sender on my phone (via Android Market) it returns with some completely random apps with nothing to do with sending contacts. And when I try Ciacs Contact Sender it says there are no matches. Can you advise how to find these apps?

Thanks for your help - but unfortunately it didn't work. I downloaded the appbrain onto my phone and when I searched for the ciacs contact sender it found it. Then when I tried to download this app, it went back to the android market and said the app couldn't be found (no matches). Any other hints?

Darn it!  No I don't, I'm sorry but my well of knowledge is well and truly tapped dry.

Just googled again.... how about this site or is it doing the same as appbrain?

I cant find where to post a query, hope you dont mind me posting it here?  I have a C902 and my laptop has Vista, can you recommend a bluetooth dongle that will work between my mobile and laptop please as the dongle I have just wont connect....thankyou....Jen

thats a very tough question Jenny. For machine that has Vista, if it comes default installed, there should be already a BT hardware already in it.

Vista, Microsoft, i mean has its own drivers and unless its signed with Microsoft, you will have a difficult time with it.

My best suggestion would be to get the shop to do all the installation, test it out  that it works exactly what you wanted.

If it is not too troublesome, i suggest you used the USB, which you save some money.

I believe a simple one with File Transfer Protocol should works and you have very low risk in term of investment.

A branded one doesn't means it will work with Vista.

Thankyou, thats just what I will do, will fish out my usb and stick to that way as I`m getting nowhere with the bluetooth....thanks for your help......Jen

Hello. I've just seen this post, and just been on the market and searched 'Ciacs Contact Sender', and one option came up. I downloaded it and tried sending a contact to my other phone and it worked. Thank you very much.

Hi, did you use the usb for the C902 mobile to laptop or a bluetooth dongle?  As my bluetooth dongle can find mobiles in the vicinity but maybe my connections arent right for sending or something as it worked at first but just wont find my C902 now.......Jen
