I wasn't sure but have just sent a pic from X10 to my Samsung netbook and also my old Sony C902 phone.  So YES!!!

Have also just sent one from my C902 to X10 to make sure it could go both ways, saved it in an album called bluetooth.

How did you do this, please?  There is no obvious way...

Er.... now you are asking!?

I went on a picutre via  Mediascape, click on the envelope and selected Bluetooth.

I then made the device discoverable and scanned for new device using the menu key.  It found my Sammy netbook and sent the picture across to my bluetooth exchange folder.

Let me just try that again and see if I can reproduce the effect the same on my old Sony phone.

Didn't even have to scan for my old phone it was already there and just went across.  Also sent one back from old phone to new to check that I wasn't dreaming last night when I said I did it.

Have tried up loading pictures but failed epically so you'll just have to take my work for it!

So they say you learn something new every day.... I have just learnt how to resize an image in Paint.  (Yes I know its basic but I'd never done it and thank god for google is all I can say!)

Oh, I hadn't seen this until you linked it in the latest bluetooth message.  I am going to try it again later, but I couldn't do it to transfer files to Mrs Sushidushi's mobile the last time I tried - I just gave her accerss to all the files on my phone on her Samsung.  I'm glad I don't have too many secrets!

There is no option for sending a photo via bluetooth on the X10 mini pro - or have I missed something?

My friend can I suggest that you go to the discussions main board and have a little look at the big asterisk at the top of the page regarding Bluetooth on the Mini/Mini pro.  Think that is maybe what you missed:smileywink:

On a serious note, if you can access the market download Bluetooth File Transfer as I understand that some people have had success with that on their mini's.

Thanks - I did read this thread after my question and then downloaded the app - everything works fine now! Slightly_smiling_Face

One other question - how do I send an address contact to another person? There doesn't appear to be any option to send it by SMS.

I think the short answer is you can't!  I know I have seen the question asked either on here or on one of the other x10 forums I lurk on.  The only thing that I think I saw was an app that would let you.  I'll have a dive around and see if I can find the thread.

OK finally found it, Ciacs Contact Sender free from market... first review was 'finally stupid sony ericsson x10 coudl send business vcard....'

There is also Contact sender too.  As they are both free you could download both and see what suits you best.
