poor service,poor customer relationship

i have given sony z3 compact for service at davangere,karnataka regarding display issue,my mobile has been successfully completed  5 months stay in your service center,still how much months you need to repair?,,is this is the responsibility of a reputed company? i never thought Sony service is worst than worst like this,

please follow up the issue,i thought i did"t use the word "please" for you,but still i am using healthy words,check the issue reply me soon..

As warranty and repairs are handled at a local level by your Local support i'm afraid it's not possible for me to see status or assist you from my location. Please contact your Local support  in this case for more information and assistance with having this resolved.

The reason is there are no available parts for Z3c. My friend here at Bangalore waited for 2 months and was given refurbished phone which is like new phone without warranty. I suggest you to ask for the same.

There was other option to exchange your Z3c with Xperia XA. If you are ok they might give you the exchange with 1 year warranty.

My suggestion exchange to better handset(whichever you like by paying the diffference) because parts will take forever.
