Xperia M2 no notifications when locked

Good Morning,

I can't get any notifications from Whatsapp or Facebook when my phone is on lock. Me and my hubby both got the new phones last week and he doesnt have the same problem as me.

Would be grateful if anyone can help me as its very annoying. I don want to have to chek my phone continously through the day for the messages etc to come through

Do you have Stamina mode enabled? as this will block or turn off wifi and mobile data

Yes i did! I have now turned it off and hopefully it will solve this annoying problem.

It should - If I enable Stamina mode then I don't get notifications

You can navigate to the below:

Setting >> Sound & Notification

There is an option called "When device is locked" >> "Show all notification content"

And you are done! :smileysmileywink:
