Dropped my phone in water 3 days ago. The phone is still on but my screen is frozen. I bought a new sim card but can't use phone as touch screen is gone. As suggested I left it in a bowl of rice but hasn't worked, any suggestions what to do next?
Try the Sony Ericsson Update Service and if nothing works after that then you will have to get a new phone as service centres dont repair water damaged handsets.
