My phone is W910i slide issue

when i slide my phone to dial a number or another task it doesnt responses!  after i press any button only it is responding and also when i slide off ma phone to normal it is not automatically locking the keypad.

also when any incoming call comes when i open the slide the phone it is not automatically answering the incoming call after i press the prfered button only it answers the call  ,,,,,,Plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!

In your call settings, is the "open to answer" switched on? Also, is your keypad lock enabled?

open to answer and close to end call both are already switched on and also automatic keylock also enabled eventhough if i have to attend any calls i have to press the call key to answer.....also the automatic keylock is also not automatically unlocking when i open the slide!!!

What shall i do? plz help me!!

In that case, try running the SE Update service on your phone and failing that try "phone repair" via PC suite.
