Moisture into my Xperia Z!

Hi Sony Mobile Team! I was always a fan of Sony Mobile and all of my phones was sony until present.
I bought a Xperia Z about 3 months ago, It haven't any problem with washing, I spent 1~2 hours in pool with it and there was no problem and I was completely happy with it.
Today my phone was really dirty and I washed it with some clear water, I think I forgot to make it dry goodly and I putted it in my pocket, after about 1~2 hours I can see Moisture into edge of LED and also in Camera lens, I'm so sad I paid many money for it and I need to watch movies and take photos with it, I don't know what I should to do now,
A repair man told me you should change the LCD completely, it's about 70% of the price of phone. I haven't enough money right now, Can anybody help me? Can I recover it? Any tricks? It haven't warranty. I'm from Iran.

Dear Sir, I don't have any warranty of sony xperia zr I'm usimg it from a year ago but today my mobile got too much dirt so I just wash it now it got a black big dark spot on led so please suggest me what should I do? I'm in trouble And can't tell my parents Because they won't gave me money to repair it so Please suggest anything and plz reply me.
