maintenance update 1.1.a.0.1 battery drain

Since maintenance update 1.1.a.0.1 my Xperia z3 compact is hot and the battery is draining fast.

Having the same problems. Tried all the usual stuff, restart, clearing caches, stamina etc. Nothing helps.

I have had the same issue for a few days. The battery life changed from 1.5 days tot barely half a day. Yesterday I did a backup and factory reset and it seems to work. Now I got a notification to update again, not going to do that yet..

The only "solution" offered by Xperia Support is to Recover Software by using Campanion. The worst result!!

i have found a solution. go to apps, memory, and deactivate updates, it will come back to 1.0 version.

but now, the upgrade ask to 1.1. version has gone away, i don't find it more.

my case is i keep getting Could not install error message from both What's New and software update. attached.

anyone got idea why like that ? Just updated the system to 32.2.A.0.253 (Z5).
