Hello,
so my M4 aqua decided to broke more than two months ago. I send it for reparation the 23/11/2016. Unfortunately the pieces to repare it were unavailable.... And now my phone is still in reparation for more than 2 months !!!
SONY proposed me an other phone ( the XPERIA XA) , that doesn't have the same characteristics than the M4 aqua at all, so I refused, because I didn't know it will take so long to have my old phone back.
But I'm still waiting for news of my phone yet and I"m really fed up of this situation. I really want to ask a commercial gesture, do you think it's possible ?
and do you know who I can contact ? The assistance is not efficient, and the call are always unavaiable. It seems like I have no others soltutions than asking here. I'm really disappointed about SONY assistance in France. I feel like I will never buy a SONY phone again...

I'm sorry to hear about your issue but this is a user based forum, they are probably trying to get a hold of spare parts; you should consider the Xperia XA, it's a nice phone and it will get nougat Android 7.0
