I have a new xperia mini, It's the second one I have as the 1st one was faulty.  However this is the problem I have with it. every day I need to take out the battery and re-boot the phone because, now and again It will not place or receive calls.  comes up as dialing but no connection, ring tones or anything. this effects incoming texts also because when I reboot it all my texts come through. It;s costing me clients and driving me mad. Any ideas if I'm doing something wrong with it?

First run the software update service on your phone via PC.

I have run an update from my phone and it said I have the latest, is it different to update with the computer?

Yes, because with the PC you can still run the update even if you have the latest version, as this can potentially fix problems.

Ok, have run an update on my pc to be told I have the latest.  Also I reinstalled the software as they suggested but still the phone has the same problems. grrr thinks I may need to get rid of the phone it's losing me business.
