Headphone problem

Hi,

I have problem with audio output for headphones. When I watch YouTube videos or when I click on a button which hase sound, from headphones came an anoying noise. But when I hear music in music player, there is no noise. So I don't know it is firmware or hardware problem.

it can not be hardware because the music plays ok,what about the calls?you could do a repair with sony update service.

Calls are ok. I've tried reinstall the phone with sony update service, but same issue.

Have you tried other headphones?what browser do you use?

Yes I've tried 3 headphones. It's not browser issue becouse I'm watching videos in YouTube app.

i still do not think it is hardware.try a browser on youtube,see how it behaves.

Same thing as in app. But it makes noise too when I'm touching buttons with system sounds.

very strange.reset to factory settings,clear everything.hopefully,you will not need to take it to sony centre.

Same problem. I bring it back tomorrow. It's not so big problem but is very anoying. Thank You alexdon for the help.
