Having c5 ultra face ram problem

Hello..I purchased new Xperia c5 ultra dual.. Phone having 2 gb ram and it always used above 80% ram.. Dat's y phone getting slow.. System consume 0.99 gb apps used 400. Mb and always 200-300 Mb free only..what shoul I do?? Please help

Mobile has been over heat and battery life will be low quickly

and sometimes lock key not working....what shoul I do?? Please help

@rhaq, you appear to have the same issue I had with my device. I suspect that after your first power on, the device itself updated the OS... after that, the memory usage was just increasing. After disabling many and unnecessary apps, I got frustrated because the memory usage was still increasing as well started to get about 10 hours of battery life.

Sorry to say it but you could perform a software repair using the sony companion app, that will be the only tool able to fix your problem.

Try updating to the latest .587 firmware released not a week ago.

It improves performance and update OS to Android 5.1 which fixes a lot of memory leak issues on Android 5.0.

Yup, confirmed. Memory issues are fixed with the last OS update, you should have about 1gb of free ram after the software update.
