magnetic holder effect on battery and cpu

someone knows if i will buy car magnetic holder for my xperia will it has some effect on battery or cpu? there is a slim magnetic sticker looking good you will get with holder and must put it on your phone and use always with holder...i guess there is no effect when you have only this sticker on back of your device but only when i will apply phone with holder.......thanks

I've seen them before, sadly I haven't tested them but they might create issues with the compass

Correct. Compass is affected. Nothing else is. I have a magnetic case for my Z5C.
If the magnets aren't placed on the bulk of the body, it doesn't really interfere until you start moving the phone
