Having c5 ultra face ram problem

Hello..I purchased new Xperia c5 ultra dual.. Phone having 2 gb ram and it always used above 80% ram.. Dat's y phone getting slow.. System consume 0.99 gb apps used 400. Mb and always 200-300 Mb free only..what shoul I do?? Please help

I used grrenify and clean master... Should I use it? But if clean master is not good app so why Sony preinstall it?.

uninstall any antivirus, taskillers, clean master, ram apps, booster apps > restart the phone > check again.
